Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when they ran out of double rooms. They offered us a discounted rate and each gave us our own room. The size of the room was spacious and the location was convenient. The staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Felt so relaxed, no complaints.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything we needed. the room was comfortable and clean. We loved having a kitchenette with all the necessary appliances. It was convenient to be able to cook our own meals. the shuttle service was a big plus, operating around the clock and making transportation easy.

There were a few issues during our stay. the front desk was rarely staffed, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed.

Friendly staff. The front desk attendants were all personable and made me feel welcome. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The location was convenient for accessing both Baltimore Downtown and D.C. Downtown, with BWI Airport just a few minutes away. The hotel offered free coffee, hot chocolate, and fruit in the laundry/convenience center. Despite a few drawbacks, such as dated decor and a confusing layout, I had a good stay overall.

I recently stayed at Sonesta Simply Suites for business and pleasure. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the clean room and the comfortable bed, although it could have been a bit longer. The inclusion of glasses, plates, and silverware was a nice touch, even though pans were not provided. I also appreciated the open space and the overall setup of the room. The staff was absolutely lovely, providing exceptional customer service and making us feel welcome. The size of the room was great, and we were able to enjoy a quiet stay. The kitchen area and utilities were also very clean.
